Kaut Nyin Paung (Steamed Sticky Rice)

In our coutry, Myanmar, a lot of traditional food can eat as breakfast. Most people are eating Monthinga as a breakfast and other people are like to eat some snack with tea or milk. Among then, some people are eat kaut nyin paung with tea as their breakfast. I also like Kaut Nyin Paung and I usually eat kaut nyin paung with tea as my breakfast in my office.

 

It can prepare two types for white and black steamed sticky rice, black steamed sticky rice called (Nga Cheik). You can see it a lot  at the vendors and restaurant when you travel to Myanmar and this snack is very famous food for our country. So, as for you, you should taste as your breakfast at least one time in your life.

 

You can taste this with fried fish, sesame powder, salt ,coconut shreds and beans as you want.
