All services should be reserve through our office in Yangon, Myanmar. As soon as you have booked one of our tours, you are contractually bound to Treasure Su. The following terms and conditions are the basis of the contract. All communications and documents confirmation by email or fax, etc. All reservations are needed to advance for high season demanding.

One we have received the confirmation of the reservation your trip, we will let you know within 3days working days and will send you a booking form with details of your reserved trip which you have to complete with your details.

All tour prices are quoted net in US Dollars and subject to change without notice. The tour price and Activity Package includes only those services/items that are included as per the itinerary and the tour dossier, and the client shall be responsible and pay for any additional items where, as required by the Company from time to time.

When you book a reservation for a Product through the Website, we collects your payment information and processes your payment as describes below under Payment Processing. We accepts the following credit cards; Visa /Master card. Advance payment of 50% is compulsory required to pay after confirmation of group tour, tailor-made tours. The rest payment will be settled either before departure or upon arrival in Myanmar.

If cancellation is given after a deposit for booking secure has been made, no refund would be provided. All cancellations must be received in writing and sent to us via email or telephone of the total cancellation fees. Our cancellation policy is as follows;

5 weeks prior to arrival 50%

2 weeks prior to arrival 75%

Less than 2 weeks and no show 100%

Services not utilized after the commencement of the tour, no refund would be given. The amount of the cancellation fee will be charged to our account. The difference will be refunded by bank transfer. Bank charges will be at your expense.

 

Generally including: hotel transfers, sightseeing in air conditional coach, boat, domestic air fare, accommodation with twin share bed, accompanied by tour guide, entrance fee for destination and meals as mention in particular itinerary.

Excluded: international air-ticket, visa fee, airport tax, all insurance, personal expenses such as drinks, shopping, tipping, laundry and others.

One complementary will be provided to your leader exceeding is full paying members in a single group depending on conditions.

Travel insurance is compulsory for all our trips. You must take out and international travel insurance that covers at least medical expenses and repatriation costs in case of accident. Your travel insurance must be confirmed upon your departure.

Clients must be possession of a valid passport and necessary visas of permits at the commencement of travel. All such documentation is responsibility of the client. Your travel advisor may assist you in applying for the necessary travel documentation upon request. We do not accept responsibility or liability whatsoever for the failure of clients to obtain appropriate documentation.

In accordance with regulations of the general Administration of Civil Aviation of Myanmar, the free baggage allowance within Myanmar is 20kg for the economy class, 30kg for the business class, and 40kg for the first class, plus limited carry-on luggage. Excess baggage charges are responsibility of the client.

Note the above language allowance not applied with budget Airlines.

We act as an intermediary between the client and the various service providers (airlines, hotels, restaurants, boats…). We do our best to ensure the best quality of services, but we cannot take responsibility for the service providers, who in any case, are responsible for their service.

We will not be liable for;

  • Adverse consequences resulting from a force majeure event (weather, natural disasters, political issue, strike).
  • The consequences of schedule or airport change.
  • The consequences of delays, impediments or cancellation of flights, of air transport and rail transport.
  • The damage of personal belongings in hotels.
  • The loss or damage of personal items.
  • The damage committed by our passengers.
  • The costs due to an accident.
  • The non-compliance to schedules on part of travelers.

Yet, in all circumstances, we will do our best to find and alternative by offering a similar value solution.
